To complete Bermuda will require a *giant* budget, given that the postmaster provisionals 1848-1861 are virtually all major 6 figure stamps. The regular mint issues starting in 1865 can be completed, the major stumbling block is the 1874 3 penny on 1 penny Rose of which only one pane of 60 stamps was printed. The rest of the issues are relatively easy.
