Quite completable mint, a bit more difficult used, the centering on material before 1890 tends to be somewhat lacking. Later material of substance includes the British Occupation of German Samoa, the G.R.I. overprints, and later high value postal fiscals. The postal fiscals are particularly difficult used, and we have only handled one of the very rare “5 pound Samoa” in 50 years which we provided to the “Nashville” collection.
