98 var footnoted (89 var footnoted) 1897 2½ on 3a grey and red Sultan Seyyid Hamed-bin-Thwain of Zanzibar overprinted "British East Africa." in black and surcharged SG Type 12 in red, special U.P.U. printing with stop after "Africa.", unlisted ERROR - double surcharge, one albino, only 26 were printed, of which very few examples are known, very rare, well centered.
