1901 1d Q Victoria postcard to Switzerland tied by bar-oval and very rare "ADDA \ No 19 \ 01" cds (Proud D5), with "Accra" transit and "Basel" receiver, this cancel type was only in use between 11/13/1900 and 6/18/1903 and is extremely rare, we have only seen a couple of these in 30 years.
