1916 Dec 26 OAS Cover to London franked with ½a "Women's Branch \ Bombay Presidency War & Relief Fund" label, tied with Indian "F.P.O. \ NO. 46" cds with straight line violet "5th BATT The Queen's R.W.S. Regt", on the back is a green "Opened Under Martial Law" label with red "Passed \ D \ Censor" handstamp, a very scarce and seldom seen Military usage.
