31 (35) 1921 2d on 40c red on yellow Weapons and Idols (French issue) surcharge, wmkd RF in Sheet, perf 14, seriously undercatalogued as only 40 sheets (1200 stamps) were originally printed, the overwhelming majority of existing copies are mint, an exceptionally rare used stamp (we doubt 5% were used), very seldom offered, light "VILA" cds.
