O4 (O13) 1914-17 ½d green Britannia overprinted "OFFICIAL" (SG Type O5), horizontal pair tied to "O.H.M.S." cover by Port of Spain cds, sent locally, irrespectively of it's absurdly humble catalogue value, this issue is amazingly difficult to find even as loose singles, which makes this cover an enormous rarity.
