2 (6) 1884 2d magenta B.C.M.^, "POSTAL PACKET", black handstamp, hollow stop after "B", with red diagonal control line, this has an extraordinary ancient contemporaneous "tag" affixed to the reverse which reads in 6 lines of black manuscript: "First issue wmk roul(etted) on lines 188(4) From the Vice Consul at Antananarivo".
