Easier to do mint than used, the higher values being more difficult in the used state. Overall, there are a number of very rare stamps in this colony. The scarcest of which are the 1907 “Multi Crown CA” 2 penny and 4 penny King Edward the 7th, which exist only in mint condition and of which only approximately 12 sets are known. The 1898 “check stamps” are all rarities in the mint state.
