A completable colony though a few of their mint stamps such as Scott #9 (vastly under-cataloged) are seldom seen, there are a few surprises when it comes to collecting the stamps of this island colony. For example, Scott #1 is more readily available mint than used, despite the catalogue figures that indicate otherwise.
