Take note serious philatelists… Bermuda will require a *giant* budget, given that the postmaster provisionals 1848-1861 are all major 6 figure stamps. The regular mint issues starting in 1865 can be completed with difficulty, the major stumbling block is the 1874 3 penny on 1 penny Rose of which only one pane of 60 stamps was printed.
