This former protectorate presents a bit of a challenge used up to 1890. Even after 1890 the colony has a number of exceptionally difficult used stamps that are significantly under-cataloged. Aside from other items, the first postage dues set, Scott J1-3 (SG D1-3), is many times rarer used than mint and are significantly under-cataloged.
