As the name implies, these stamps are only available in used condition and are a fascinating and challenging subject that includes some preposterously rare stamps, several of which we have not seen examples of in 50 years. Case in point, there is only one example known of the Scott A1 2 penny blue Mauritius “Post Paid B64.”
