Used versions of this South African region’s postage stamps are overall 20-50 times rarer even though that is not reflected in the catalogue values. There is a stamp which currently catalogues at a couple hundred dollars that is worth 10 to 20 times that being as there were only 12 copies printed. That being said, we consider this subject to be a worthwhile one to pursue thanks to a variety of interesting dates, etc.
