Slightly more difficult to collect used, later material of substance includes the British Occupation of German Samoa, the G.R.I. overprints, and later high value postal fiscals. The postal fiscals are particularly difficult used, and it should be noted that the centering on this material before 1890 tends to somewhat lacking.
