O13 (O12) 1904 2a dull and bright purple K Edward VII Official overprinted "O.H.M.S." SG Type O3, wmkd CA, only 960 ptd, the "key" stamp to the Colony, a seriously undercatalogued mint stamp as the vast majority were used!, a very challenging stamp, well centered.
