32-37 (41-46) 1896 ½a-7½a Q Victoria stamps of British East Africa overprinted "Zanzibar" in black and red, cplt (6), small "z" varieties present, a difficult mint set because the 2½a, while 1200 were printed, was the standard postal rate and a high percentage were used postally, quite undercatalogued, the ratio in Stanley Gibbons is far too small in our experience.
