84 (117) 1887 2¢ on 13¢ slate Q Victoria surcharged SG Type 31 in red, local printing, as there was little call for this provisional, only 100 were sold over the Post Office counter, such few used examples emanated from these sales and the mint balance of this stamp was later sold by the Crown Agents to dealers in London, a significant used rarity, with "B 53" cancel.
