An easy British Crown colony to collect mint with the exception of some of the Japanese Occupation, namely the $3. Used is another story; there are many small stamps that are extremely under-catalogued, in many cases listed at a price ratio of 1 to 2 in the favor of the mint when in reality it should be 1 to 20. It should also be stated that Scott #1 is an outstanding used rarity, for which at the time of this writing we would gladly pay 200% of any catalogue figure for convincingly used examples.
