B1-4 (172-75) 1961 2½¢-10¢ Tristan da Cunha Marine Life decimal currency stamps surcharged "St. Helena Tristan Relief" SG Type 49 by Govt Printer, Jamestown, cplt (4), only 434 sets were sold from Oct. 12, 1961 until they were withdrawn on Oct. 19, 1961, more than half of the sets were postally or philatelicly used, with one Brandon certificate for the set of four.
