29 (32) 1880 5' rose-red Seal of the Colony, wmkd Small Star, perf 11 to 12½, only 2,000 printed and a significant portion of where were later overprinted "REVENUE", scarce used, with a ratio of easily 10 to 1 in favor of the mint, as such quite undercatalogued, exceptionally well centered--rare thus!.
