11 (7f) 1898 1pe bistre and ultramarine Q Victoria of Gibraltar with blue-black "Morocco Agencies" overprint (from only a small part of the Second Setting), a most difficult and key stamp to all of Morocco, undercatalogued, as relatively few seem to have been printed, very scarce used.
